It causes us physical pain and mental disturbance your body never truly relaxes.. because we're so tense and we wound up. By doing simple stretches like the bridge and others will improves circulation. When you improve circulation, your muscles can work properly.. If your muscles are tense and hard and cramped up from not stretching and hold to much stress. You put yourself at more risk of health issues. Proper ways of getting circulation to your muscles. Releases tension when you hold a lot of tension it put stress on your body and on your mind.
How to prevent causing stress for your body is to create a routine where every day you wake up you do some stretches.
In a calm, relaxing environment. This will allow your muscles to start getting circulation to them. That triggers your brain to send signals to relax your body.
